It is not treasure untill you WORSHIP the
scrap and wreckage below, and untill you
asseyed to an audit value in EXCESS of
$250,000.00 as listed in the fines and
salvage permits proposed but never contracted
for the Title, unless you individually
gave in your SIGNATURE for the surrender
of your finds to now a new Title holder by
your signature consent, or gift.
No contract is settled unless you actually
and WILLINGLY ACCENDED to it by your
own signature, and surrendered YOUR Title
to whom ever is coveting your discovery. Your
reword is the share they decide to give
you after your agreement is signed by you
where, they MAY BE the primary SHARE HOLDER
of your fruits of labor. This is a definition of
a subject of the CROWM, or slave. Your personal
independence has nothing to do with any governmental politial movement, however you are
free to join in at any time and pay their bills.

: Can anybody out there tell me where I find the laws regarding Treasure recovery in Ontario/Canada/Great Lakes area.I need to know the exact laws about salvaging and how it relates to the hull/the cargo and or any treasure recoverd. Thanks again.
