I was just up in Marquette, Michigan and saw two first editions of Jack Parker's Shipwrecks of Lake Huron on the shelves for very good prices. The later Avery printings have blue covers, but the first editions have white covers with a photo of a ship. You can reach them at snowboundbooks@chartermi.net. I believe Avery does still carry this title and they are very much in business.
: I'm looking for a copy of a book: "Shipwrecks of Lake Huron" by Jack Parker, published in 1986 by Avery Color Studios in AuTrain Michigan. Does anyone know if the press is still in business? ...is the book still in print? ...if not, do you know of any shops that carry a lot of Great Lakes shipwreck titles.
