I'm about 90% sure that the wreck described by Bill on Milwaukeediver.com is the wreck found by Roger Chapman during the Linda E search. From the description, the odds of it being any other wreck are almost zero. From our survey of the CG footage and our historical research, I'm also about 90% sure that the wreck is the scow schooner Tennie and Laura lost in 1903. To Bill and Rob's credit, I believe they did re-discover the wreck independently and they are definitely the first group to actually dive the wreck, which of itself is quite a feat. Commercial fishermen around Port had known about the wreck for years prior to Roger finding it. I'm very interested in positively identifying the wreck and in making sure that artifacts are not removed illegally.

: Can someone please clear this up for me....I am very concerned with this subject......

: For those that may be interested !

: Last Sunday, Oct 27th aboard the Nordic Diver we dove a wreck that I along with Rob Polich discovered earlier this season. The wreck is a Schooner and lies in deep water. 320' to the bottom, 302' to the deck & 250' to the top of the mast.

: The wreck is very intact including Crows nest, Dead eyes & Rigging. Due to the time of year our bottom time was limited. ( 12-15 Minutes )

: We hope next season to document this wreck on film for all to see !!
