Dave,
The wreck is not the WOODRUFF. Her remains were buried on the beach near White Lake in the 70's.
The HELEN was 90' in length. This would disclude her. The GRANADA and the ALVIN BRONSON are the most likely canidates. They both were lost in the same area and both exceded 100' in length.
The MACKINAC and the WAUKESHA are dark horses, yet possibilities. I hope this helps.

: I recently found the wreck of old wooden ship in shallow 5 to 15 ft of water only about 60 ft from shore. Wreck was more than 100 ft long, could this be the LC Woodruff (1878) or The Helen ? advice anyone!
