: Craig,
: I'm still confused. You implied that the Roscinco is now Paul Ehorn's wreck. Does that mean that the court case is over and that Paul was found not guilty of the theft because he was awarded ownership of the wreck? I have been searching the newspapers and haven't been able to find out anything about this. I don't know many of the details, so I am certainly not passing judgement on anyone. I would very much like to see an unbiased presentation of the facts for this case presented here so that everyone could form their own opinions on the truth of what happened and not just on their emotions.
: Thanks,

Ed: The Rosinco case has not been settled. I can not talk freely as the case is still in the courts. I have seen quite a bit of talk from a host of very uninformed people that obviously do not understand my forced situation. I have only presented facts requarding the shipwreck laws in an effort to educate people as to the real truth. There is a sister case to the Rosinco involving a ship called the James R Bentley in the state of Michigan, I was awarded ownership to this vessel on 8/24/00 by United States District Judge Victoria A. Roberts. If you are interested in the laws reguarding this case you can refer to a posting that I made on this site on 9/27/00 which I titled The Law, The DNR, The Truth. This posting simply states the laws, no personal feelings. Thanks to all of you out there that are supporting me. To those self proclaimed attorneys in the audience, please review the Federal Courts interpretation of Admirality law and compare that to the States application of the same law. Paul
