Initial results from our accident/fatality study have been encouraging. We have gathered data on about 50 wreck related Great Lakes dive fatalities and have begun to to place incident reports online for about 15 of these. Please visit the site and submit any information you are aware of. We are particularly in need of initial information for fatalities from Lakes Huron and Erie. Please assist us by letting other divers know about this study.
