As part of an effort to collect, interpret and make publicly available, data concerning Great Lakes shipwreck related dive accidents, I am gathering first and second hand information from divers regarding Great Lakes shipwreck dive accidents and fatalities.
Responses can be submitted anonymously and victim names need not be given. Case data and statistics will be made publicly available.
