You are right. The SWMUP is once again working with Dave Trotter in an attempt to locate any shipwrecks in the boundaries of the Southwest michigan Underwater Preserve.
The search will continue through Memorial Day and results posted on the web site in due course. Today was mirror-like on the lake and lots of "ground" was covered. Believe, me, we're looking for anything we can find, although the Chicora, Alpena or Andaste are at the top of the list!
