You're probably talking about the Whitefish Point museum's program "Graveyard of the Great Lakes".
I don't know if they released it beyond PBS and the museum.. but you can try their website.
It was produced by Larry Elliot at WJRT in Flint.. he may be able to get you a copy as well.
