I heard second hand from someone who was at the Bill 13 hearing on Wednesday that the Wexford has been declared protected and is off limits to divers. Bill 13 isn't even law yet. Kind of makes you hope Gary Gentile wins his court case against the province. It's not just a fight for him to dive the Hamilton & Scourge, it's a fight to guarentee free access of all Ontario shipwrecks for all divers.
