Steamer named Lake Huron

Anyone heard of a steamer named Lake Huron, she had been chartered at one point to convey migrants from NY to Canada. Not known if from the port of NY and up the coast to the St Lawrence or from Buffalo and across the Lakes. To find out she existed would be nice, to find out her fate would be even better. Thanks.
