One need only type "Rouse Simmons" in Yahoo to come up with a wealth of information, histories, paintings & music. Additionally our Underwater Archeological Society of Chicago has a traveling multimedia slide show and Chicago's Bailiwick Theatre has an annual Christmas musical drama based on that story. It is one of Chicago's historic legends.
