i personally think that the dive shops ecspecially the ones who use the preserves for their charters should be chipping in on bouying these wrecks if they are not already doing so...and it shouldn't be just a few dive shops that carry the load. Im sure many other dive shops benefit from the shipwreck preserves indirectly with diving accessories and air fills.. Im not sure how much money it takes to run this service (bouying wrecks) but there has to be a better way then using the old grappling hook and tearing up the wreck i wouldn't call that preserving...what are your ideas Charlie
