Been diving the St Clair River in Port Huron every other weekend or so all winter long.
No ice yet, but the vis has not been that good.
It seems to get worse the farther you go from shore. In the shipping season I attributed this to freighters entering Lake Huron in a shipping channel that was about 29-30 ft deep. There are very few freighters now but the vis is only a little better. Anyone have any ideas why?
