Divers Guide to Michigan has GPS and Loran C coordinates for many Great Lakes shipwrecks (not just Michigan). I'm not sure if both are available for Whitefish. Buoys are placed by volunteers, don't know if they have them in yet. Many underwater preserve groups are running low on buoy supplies this year.
