The Plantation owner cares and dispenses "benefits" to his "property", when that property is sick and needs hospitalization. The plantation owner is not about to loose some of his property because of desease or personal feuds between slaves on the plantation, such as theft or murder. This rent is his profit on the plantation, and the rent has to be balanced against lost or dead property that was licensed on the plantation. He has a profit if the rent collection is good, and the theft of corn is minimal. He can appraise and tax and sell his property to others. Every single archaeologist has sold and exchanged goods in every single one museum in Canada and US to date, and they are not about to share the wherehouse products with anybody else, or the profits. It is a common practice to exchange "goods". It's the nature of the business. You don't even need Indiana Jones here for his contributions, the profits are high. He can do all these things because you accented to his rule by Pledge and you belong to him, as witnessed by various documents to date.
However you can request your Title back, in three (3) days. Hereafter you are no longer a South Caroline plantation property, because you got your walking papers. File your own Uniform Commercial Code (International Law) and become a "Aggregate Corporation", a free commercial trader amongst the "Nations".

Pay rent - receive "benefits", DIVER coupons.
You probably don't realize it today, what you are supporting, the elimination of private property, freedom of speach, controlled religion. The Central Bank System.
The elimination of inheritance, everyone working, confiscation of property of resistors of this Great Plan by imminent domain, does all these sound familiar to you? You witnessed? What have you seen, even thoght you are on the bottom of that Quarry, can you rize above your water level?

It's not your government, it's foreign to you, even thoght you live next door; and you have no rights in "their" Couert, they can dole out privileges, at their pleasure. You have no standing as an enemy of the State (Crown), they called you subject, much less allowed you to worship these shipwreck scrap piles.
You remain in the servitude and slavery of taxation, for the plantation owner to collect rent.
You remain in perpetual debt, and if in this neo-slavery, your debt can never be repaid. No covert measures will save you, because you have no Title and there is a lien on your vessel (your body).
