: : : : When the Bentley was under the ownership of the General Public, and the supposed protection of the DNR....it was dove on and pillaged by Mr Ehorn. What was once a beautiful, pristine wreck is now rubble thanks to his "salvage" work. I feel the divers of Michigan should respond to his "in-your-face" robbery by "helping" him salvage his wreck{s}.
: : : : With all the hoopla around the Roscinco why cant it be dove, and if Paul does
: : : : win then could it not be dove as long as no contact is made?
: : : : Please show me where to look for the governing docs.and doc# for the no dive
: : : : ruling??????
: : : :
: : : Tracy: The Rosinco is under constructive arrest and protection by the Federal Marshal.
: : : : Thanks Tracy Xelowski

: : What is "constructive arrest"???
: : Can we still dive it if we do it in a nondestructive manner?
: : Thanks,
: : Jon Zeaman
: Constructive arrest means that the vessel has not physically been placed in jail. The wreck can not be dove as it is under protection by the Federal Marshal.
