Well Maybe,
OUC (Ontario Underwater Council) drafted a letter to the clerk of the house requesting a legal oppinion on Bill 13. Due to the constitutional problems (that most definetly would be the Canadian Constitution S.) This could lead to an interesting situation where the government lawyers themselves find the Bill unlawfull and toss it out.
