: If our gov. bans the research of wrecks in the lakes it will be just another step into the grave for freedom of in this country. Yeah, like we are not smart enough to conserve a piece of history on our own. As far as "paying a fee for diving", My oppinion stands that eventually, all actions undertaken by a person will be taxed, for any reason that our gov. decides to come up with. Our population is slipping into a forced scocialistic form of gov. packed full of political correctness and "feel good" policies. However, most will not recognize or agree with that until it is too late and the foul results of penalties and fines for speaking freely are put into force. Remember that group that wanted to penalize so called "Hate Speach"? They will be back in greater numbers next time, and so will all of the people involved in regulating research....................

: : I really do not believe they would be able to ban all diving on shipwrecks for the simple reason there are to many people involved and it would not make economic sence dive shops dive charters would all suffer if they ban diving on wrecks. How ever I can see them trying to moniter or regulate diving in the name of conservation. I can see them trying to get divers to pay a fee to dive .

: : Give me a break.. Most divers I know are among the most conservation minded people around. Afterall, we witness firsthand the garbage and other wastes people throw in the waters. We pay enough to dive already. No fees. By the way, where would the historical society be without us to retrieve their artifacts. We have laws to protect the great lakes wrecks. That's enough. Let them spend their time and money on enforcement of these laws

see //www.baillod.com/cgi/wwwboard.pl "Bill-13, is not valid, a trustee cannot hold title!
and "WHO has the TITLE?" certainly not the public servant! for he is hired help to the plantation slaves.
and see the Judge Glazer comments regarding contempt by the servant to induce a contract. That is, if you really, really want one for yourself!
