: Got a wierd question, but a fun one maybe.....
: I have heard some scuttlebut that the "flying dutchman" of the great lakes, the Bannockburn, was supposedly "seen" again this year. Has anybody else heard if she has re-appeared, or is it impossible for a "ghost ship" to appear in this age of technology?

I don't think it is impossible for a ghost ship like the Bannockburn to just re-appear espically if it cannot be proved that it sank. Their can be alot of stories and reasons made up on why it isn't impossible for the Bannockburn to be sighted again. I think Lee Murdock even stated in a jingle way in his song the Bammockburn that it hasn't been found in any peace of water even if that was the last place people saw it. Oh hear us when we cry to the for those in peril on the sea.
