Read you request on the shipwreck of Alpena. Here are some possibilities for you. There was a small article in the Alpena News dated September 25, 1993, in the article it said that an individual named Harry Zych of Chicago might have information - a phone number was listed (312)
327-0688. I don't know if this will help but it is worth a shot.
